About the Conference

The Babson Black Affinity Network Conference was created 20 years ago by students, as an opportunity for current students, alumni, faculty, and staff of the Babson Community to engage in meaningful networking and professional development, while celebrating the importance of diversity and inclusion at Babson.

The Black Affinity Achievement Award

The event includes the presentation of the Black Affinity Achievement Award, established in 2004 to recognize an alumnus/alumna and community member who distinguishes themselves in their given field and supports the Babson community to strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Know an alumnus/alumna and community member who you'd like to nominate? Please nominate them here.

About the Network

The Babson Black Affinity Network was created to:

1. Promote communication between current students and alums

2. Facilitate networking and job opportunities

3. Help Babson College continue to recruit, retain and matriculate students

The Black Affinity Network is an official affinity group of Babson College and can make great things happen through your support. We are in the middle of a crowdfunding campaign which you can be a part of and help move the Black Affinity Network forward. Enjoy the short video below and give what you can.
